Rafid is a law student at Jamia Millia Islamia. He was the 2nd runner up of the 7th Prof. N.R. Madhava Menon Asian Jural Conclave. He also emerged as Top-7 in the Indian round of  the 7th Prof. N.R. Madhava Menon. Rafid has 7 academic publications to his credit. He has previously interned with different Advocates. He has also worked as an editor of Intellectual Property Rights Journal.
