Prerna is a B.A. LL.B.(Hons.) student at National Law University, Nagpur. She has practical internship experience in maritime arbitration, corporate insolvency and company law litigation. Prerna was a Semi-Finalist in the MMCS International Maritime Arbitration Competition (MIMAC 2025) and a Quarter-Finalist in the NFSU National Technological Moot Court Competition. She has co-authored a research paper on AI in corporate law and is an award-winning negotiator, having secured 1st Place in a National Client Counselling Competition. She also presented research on WTO reform at an international academic conference.
