Maldives Moot Court Society (MMCS) is a non-governmental organisation committed to strengthen the rule of law and connect like minded leaders. To further our efforts, we have launched a webinar series and this is our third webinar.

The webinar is on the ‘Overview of the New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards’ and is presented by Mr. Ankit Singh, an Associate at Rab & Rab Associates LLP. Mr. Ankit Singh is also a visiting lecturer at Faculty of NMIMS Bangalore. His practice area includes arbitration and litigation in the area of engineering and procurement contracts, works contracts, shareholder’s dispute, partnership disputes, energy infrastructure and generation. He regularly represent’ s clients and assist lead counsel before the commercial court, arbitration tribunals, NCLT, RERA, consumer forum and MSME Council.
