Mariyam Nashath is a final-year Bachelor of Shariah & Law (Honours) student at the Maldives National University. She is currently working as a Paralegal at the Business Centre Corporation Limited (BCC). Nashath has actively engaged in several international moots court competitions, including the 21st Willem C. Vis (East) International Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition, the AIAC APAC Pre-Moot the 14th Annual Middle East Willem C. Vis Pre-Moot and 14th Moscow Pre-Moot. Her team also received the Best Memorandum for the Respondent (Third Place) award at the 14th Annual Middle East Willem C. Vis Pre-Moot. She later coached the Maldives National University team for South Asia Regional Rounds of the Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) International Arbitration Moot.
